Shipping Costs & Delivery Returns

Gypsy Joe offers real-time shipping rates on all U.S. merchandise orders. This applies to U.S. delivery addresses in the 48 Contiguous United States only. Applies to APO/FPO addresses when using a United States ZIP Code only. (Not applicable to Alaska and Hawaii)

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

We strive to ship your order as quickly as possible once the order is received. We will use the shipping information you provide. Please ensure it is correct when you place an order: Any incorrect shipping information might result in lost or delayed orders that cannot be shipped in a timely manner.

The purchaser is responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. Incomplete or inaccurate addresses are the responsibility of the purchaser. 

Gypsy Joe Coffee Shop is not responsible for packages once they leave our facility and we can not guarantee arrival times.

Damages

Gypsy Joe Coffee Shop is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. Please do let us know what happened or what order did not arrive via email. Be advised that you will need to contact USPS directly to file any claims. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Shipping Specials

When we offer special shipping rates, we reserve the right to limit quantities, location and methods they apply. 

International Shipping

Gypsy Joe Coffee Shop ships to the contiguous 48 U.S. states. Shipping to other international destinations and U.S territories (such as Guam) is unavailable at this time.
